Arvind Swami was born in Chennai, India. His parents were V.D.Swami and Vasantha Swami. V.D.Swami was a freedom fighter and an industrialist and Vasantha Swami was an accomplished Bharatanatyam Dancer. Arvind Swami did his schooling in Sishya School and Don Bosco School in Chennai. He went to Loyola College in Chennai for his undergraduate studies and to Wake Forest, n.c. for his Master's program. Arvind's first film was 'Thalapathi' directed by Mani Ratnam. He went on to do many hit films like 'Roja', 'Bombay', 'Minsara Kanavu', 'Devaragam', 'Puthayal', 'En Swasa Katre', 'AlaiPayuthe' etc. In spite of his many successful movies, many awards and a lot of critical acclaim, he left the movies in 2000 and focussed on his business and family. He was the President of InterPro Global and is the Chairman of Talent Maximus, a leading company in India engaged in Payroll Processing, Staffing and HR services. In 2012, he has returned to the movies with Mani Ratnam's 'Kadal', the shooting of which is still in progress

Trivia: Hailing from an acting background, Arya was naturally inclined in the film industry. A little above a dozen films old, he is a popular actor in Punjabi films, although he is yet to establish himself in the Hindi film industry.

Biography: Arya Babbar was born in Mumbai to parents Raj Babbar and Nadira Babbar. While the former is a renowned actor turned politician, the latter is also a famous talented theatre and film actress. Arya has two siblings, sister Juhi Babbar and half- brother Prateik Babbar.

The actor started his Bollywood journey in 2002 with Raj Kanwar’s film Ab Ke Baras, in which he co-starred with Amrita Rao. Although the film failed to click at the box office, he got nominated for the Most Promising Newcomer- Male at the Star Screen Awards. After appearing in a few unsuccessful films, he got a chance to work with ace director Mani Ratnam in 2007 in Guru. The same year, he also starred in a film called Partition, which was a foreign collaboration based on the partition of India. The film was nominated at foreign award functions like Leo Award and Genie Award.

Arya also played supporting roles in Kabeer Kaushik’s Chamku and Madhur Bhandarkar’s Jail in 2008 and 2009 respectively. In 2010, he starred in a Punjabi film named Virsa, where he played the character of a rich spoilt brat. The film, essentially dealing with the warmth of different relations, was a hit at the box office. He played supporting roles n film like Tees Maar Khan and Ready, which got him more noticed. Another successful film came his way in the form of Punjabi film Yaar Annmulle, which was based on friendship and love, and earned good numbers at the box office.


More recently, Arya was seen in Dangerous Ishq and Joker, both of which failed to do well. He will be seen next in Vishal Bharadwaj’s Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola, which is due for release on 11th January 2013. He has recently been the proud recipient of the National Award of the Journalist Association for Upcoming Acto.

versatile and subtle actor, delivering pungent
portrayals.
His first release was VishnuVardhan's
Arinthum Ariyamalum (2005), where Arya
played as son to Prakash Raj in a critically
acclaimed young gangster role which won him
Filmfare Best Debut Award South and Best
New Male Face Award at the Filmfare Awards.
Since then, he embodied very diverse
characters with equal intensity, demonstrating
a emotional verve and sharpness, on screen
presence, fine sense of humour, and an
extremely powerful unaffected candor.
His dedication to his work won him respect of
the south Indian film industry very quickly. He
is known to choose the projects he gets
involved in very carefully and give them the
best.

Asif Ali is an upcoming South Indian film star. He was born in Thodupuzha in kerala, to M. P. Shoukath Ali and Molly on 4th February 1986. His father M. P. Shoukath Ali was the former Muncipal Chairman of Thodupuzha Muncipality. He has a younger brother Askar Ali. He did his degree in Business Administration from Marian College, Kuttikkanam.

After his dgree he modelled for ads,and worked as a video jockey.At that time Shyamaprasad selected him to his movie Ritu. Asif Ali made debut through Shyamaprasad's Ritu. He was then approached by  Sathyan Anthikkad to play an important role in his 50th film Kadha Thudarunnu,this filim was a success and completed 75 days all over kerala.His third filim was Apoorvaragam,directed by Sibi Malayil.He has completed  M. A. Nishadh's Best Of Luck,Rajesh Kannamkara's Ithu Nammude Katha,Rajesh Pillai's Traffic,Sibi Malayil Violin and Ashiq abu Salt N Papper.Salt N' Pepper became superhits at box office.

Ashish Vidyarthi is a National Film Award winning actor. He was born in Tellicherry of Kerala. He grew up in the city of New Delhi, India. He studied in the Bharati Vidya Bhavan in Delhi. As a youngster, he acted in many skits and plays in his school. On one occasion, he participated in an acting competition and lost to Arijit Chakravarty, who he also accepted as a better actor. He has acted in all the regional film industries. He is the son of renowned kathak dancer Reba Vidyarthi. His father is a malayali theatre personality, govind vidyarthi. Even though he typically acts in Hindi movies, he has acted in several South Indian hit films, such as Ghilli in Tamil, CID Moosa in Malayalam, Pokiri in Telugu and Bombaiyer Bombete in Bengali.

He started his career with television, in Sai Paranjpye's serial "Panchhi ek chaal kay". He ventured into films and gained recognition with "Drohkaal". Since then he has mainly features in negative roles and has proved himself to be a good "bad guy' on screen. "Baazi", "Naajayaz", "Oh Darling! Yeh Hai India", "Is Raar Ki Subah Nahin", were some of his popular releases. His major releases in 1997 include "Ziddi", "Daud", "Koi Kisi Se Kum Nahin", "Vishwa Vidhaata" and a few others. His career in hindi movies has mainly consisted of roles showing him a villain, His comments on this are, "Doing a villain's role is more fun than the hero's.
